Independent agents by affiliation with the PPA group greatly benefit from being involved in a network of like-minded professionals.
Prestige Properties Australia has been literally years in its planning, so it was extremely exciting and rewarding when launched in mid 2023 with the licensing of the brand Prestige Properties Australia.
Neil Paton a real estate agent with 35 years ‘experience, along with his wife Sonia have been the two company directors of Queensland Projects and Commercial Realty Pty Ltd the company that is associated with Prestige Properties Australia having been established on the Gold Coast Qld in 1991.

PPA now gives salespeople and principles a choice on how to become part of the PPA group.

Stay exactly as you are operating right now and become part of the PPA family by way of a simple affiliation for a very small yearly one-off fee.

Or alternately a platform where an agent or agency will be able to secure the naming rights for their chosen location for example Surfers Paradise Prestige Properties or under their own name for example Sarah Smith Prestige Properties or their chosen area for example Brisbane North Prestige Properties.
Whilst there is a choice to how you can become involved with the brand, PPA has been purely designed as a “add on” to your existing business model enabling you to boast being part of a growing group of likeminded prestige agents all collaborating as one.

The individual way that you conduct your business today does not change at all, but you will instantly gain a “extra string” to your bow by being involved with a growing national real estate brand.

How you choose to utilize and promote your affiliation is totally up to you but importantly remember your total independence and structure remains as it is today.
Alternatively, you can become part of the Prestige Properties group under license to QPC allowing you to operate under your choice of location or name.

With the Gold Coast being our home for over 35 years it was a natural place to launch PPA but be assured we certainly do have immediate plans to expand further throughout Queensland, New South Wales and then to the further Southern States of Australia.

Neil Paton
Neil began his real estate career in 1988 and has established himself within his chosen field over the past 35 years having always been involved in property throughout this period here on the Gold Coast.
​
Neil has held numerous positions from ownership of his own nationally branded real estate offices, to senior sales management positions and national real estate corporate appointments.
Over this time Neil’s roles have taken him to all parts of the world including America, South Africa, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China all relating to the marketing and promoting of Gold Coast real estate orientated businesses.

Neil who has been a Justice of the Peace since 1993 has held numerous positions within the real estate industry the latest appointment being (now complete) was chairman of the Queensland Residential Sales Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

Neil was honored in 2015 by being invited to join an elite group of real estate professionals and become a Fellow member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland to which he proudly accepted.
With over 35 years property experience within the central Gold Coast area and being involved in excess of $920 million worth of sales Neil can boast a wealth of knowledge and experience gained.
